North stand at AJ Bell Stadium renamed to mark our expansion to the North West

Our supporters, AJ Bell are one of our key partners in the North West and over the last year they have gone above and beyond to support our work in the region.

To further help Switch180 raise its profile in the North West, AJ Bell has renamed the North Stand at the AJ Bell Stadium the ‘Snow Camp Stand’, named after our programme Snow Camp. Home to the Sale Sharks rugby team, the unveiling of the Snow Camp Stand took place on August 13th to coincide with the launch of our courses in the region.

Former England International and Sale Sharks player, Mark Cueto unveiled the stand with our Patron Chemmy Alcott, our Founder Dan Charlish and AJ Bell’s Marketing Director, Billy Mackay.

AJ Bell’s Marketing Director, Billy Mackay, said:

“Switch180’s programmes will be a great asset to youth groups in the North West, and we are delighted to help Switch180 extend their reach in this area. We are also pleased that we can help spread awareness of the charity’s great work by renaming the North Stand at the AJ Bell Stadium as the Snow Camp Stand.”

Switch180 Patron and 4x Winter Olympian and BBC presenter, Chemmy Alcott said:

“I have been a Patron for Switch180 for over 10 years and I am so proud to see how the charity has developed and grown into the national charity it is today. To have the Snow Camp Stand at the AJ Bell Stadium is fantastic and I hope it will encourage many more people and companies in the area to support the charity.”

Big thank you to AJ Bell for your continued support.
