Welcome to the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally Participants Hub with everything you need to know to help you prepare for the event. Please note there will be a full event briefing for all teams on your arrival at Hôtel Le Fitz Roy, with any final information circulated in the days before the event as needed.
We look forward to welcoming you at Hotel Le Fitz Roy from 1pm onwards on Saturday 15th April. Please aim to arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you have enough time to check-in, meet the Snow Camp team, settle into your room and pick up your ski hire if needed before the official welcome evening & dinner starting at 7pm.

Please ensure all team members have completed the personal details form no later than 5pm on Friday 10th February. This will notify us of your dietary requirements and emergency contact details etc.
Book your transfers with our friends at Coolbus who’ll donate 10% of your booking to Snow Camp!
Cool Bus have been providing transfers throughout the 3 Valleys since 2002. They were the first in the area to start operating electric vehicles back in 2016 and have already clocked up 600,000 km of emission free transport. Their fleet for winter 2022/23 includes 3x Tesla Model X, 3x Mercedes EQV and 10x Volkswagen Caravelle. Their team of 18 drivers all speak English and can boast 150 seasons of professional winter driving experience between them!
No need to use a code – Coolbus are simply giving 10% to Snow Camp from all transfers to Val Thorens over this period.

Book your ski or snowboard hire with our friends at Prosneige who’ll donate either €25.00 or €20.00 of your booking to Snow Camp (depending on the package)!
As one of the longest established ski & snowboard schools and ski hire providers in Val Thorens, with a shop within Hôtel Le Fitz Roy itself, you’re in great hands with Prosneige who are offering a selection of very generous discounted hire-packages for you to choose from, as follows:

NB: You will be able to choose your exact ski’s or snowboard’s when you arrive at the Prosneige shop situated in Hôtel Le Fitz Roy itself.
