How much does it cost?
The registration fee is £500 per person or £2,000 per team of 4 and this covers your participation in all the activities that make up the event, 2 dinners and the après ski event at the Fitz Roy, lunches, your 2-day lift pass, event bibs, medals and all our support.
Our goal with the £500 per person registration fee is to be able to cover all of your costs to participate in every aspect of the event – and we aim to break even on this, so we negotiate discounted charity rates wherever we can, and any spare goes in the Après Ski pot! But just so you can see what is included (and therefore what great value it is!) please see a breakdown of what your registration fee covers here.
We know that at this point you may not have all your team members lined up – don’t worry! For now, we just require the team captains’ details and your team registration fee to secure your team place.
What about the fundraising?
Teams will each have a minimum fundraising target of £5,000 per team. This will be a one-off event with many special additions because of our 20 year anniversary – and with 20 teams involved, we are aiming to raise £100,000 for the charity’s work. With a whole year ahead to fundraise, and with our team on hand to provide you will all the support you need to reach your target, we know you can do it!
How do I book my room at Le Fitz Roy?
Firstly, please reserve your team space by filling out the registration form below. Once you have registered, we will get in touch with you to go through what rooms you require for your team.

Le Fitz Roy have generously given us a 20% discount off normal room rates, so please do get your rooms booked with us as soon as possible.
All rooms can be twinned and include free Wi-Fi, a luxurious breakfast, full access to the hotel’s luxury spa and access to the sauna and steam room facilities.
We are so pleased to have the full support of the Beaumier team, who own Le Fitz Roy, and we’re looking forward to benefitting from their wonderful hospitality. We will have the hotel exclusively, there will be no other guests apart from participants of our AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally. It will be a wonderful experience and a fantastic atmosphere!
